We’re now looking for a proactive Account Manager (AM) to join our team. This role is all about building strong client relationships, keeping projects on track, and ensuring our clients get the absolute best experience working with us.

The Role

As an Account Manager, your mission is to retain and grow client accounts through outstanding communication, reporting, and proactive support. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel confident, cared for, and clear on how their campaigns are performing.

You’ll work closely with our Project Managers, SEO specialists, and Ads team (who handle delivery) while you focus on client satisfaction, expansion, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Be the first point of contact for all client communication.

Provide weekly email updates and monthly performance meetings.

Conduct quarterly strategic reviews.

Prepare reports and deliver insights.

Monitor campaign milestones and ensure progress is on track.

Proactively identify expansion opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in account management, client services, or similar role (agency background preferred).

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret reports and translate them into clear insights.

Proactive problem solver who doesn’t wait to be asked.

Comfortable working across multiple accounts and deadlines.

Prior exposure to digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, analytics) is highly regarded but not essential.
