Credit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager to join our well established clients finance team in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead diverse team of 8, drive effective credit control, and play a key role in maintaining strong cash flow and client relationships.

As Credit Manager, you will oversee all aspects of credit control and accounts receivable, ensuring debts are collected in a timely manner and financial controls are adhered to.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Credit Control and Accounts Receivable team.
  
  
• Maintain agreed credit limits and ensure timely debt collection.
  
  
• Monitor debtor ageing and follow up on overdue invoices.
  
  
• Facilitate monthly debtor meetings with managers and business leads.
  
  
• Oversee client payments, refunds, and account reconciliations.
  
  
• Liaise with external debt collection agencies and legal representatives when required.
  
  
• Conduct credit checks and approve new accounts.
  
  
• Support internal and external audits.
  
  
• Produce debtor reports and provide updates to senior management.
  
  

About you We’re looking for a confident leader with a strong background in credit management who can build positive relationships while maintaining firm financial controls.
