Finance Manager (6 month Contract) - $80-$110 p/h + Super

My client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading mining services organisation on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to step into a complex, fast-paced environment and play a key role in supporting operational and commercial decision-making.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of the financial management and reporting function, with responsibilities including:

Leading month-end close, management reporting, and analysis

Partnering with operations to provide commercial insights

Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Oversight of cashflow management and balance sheet reconciliations

Driving process improvements and supporting upcoming projects

About You
My client is looking for a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in finance management roles within large, complex organisations. Mining services or heavy industry experience will be highly regarded. You'll bring:

Strong technical accounting and reporting skills across multiple complex entities

Commercial acumen to influence operational leaders

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

The ability to adapt quickly and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment

$80 - $110 p/hour + super (depending on experience)
