About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator & Support professional to join our team. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly and will provide a mix of administrative, client service, and marketing support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, or in person.

Assist clients with inquiries, product information, and order updates.

Ensure a professional and friendly client experience at all times.

Order Management

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.

Administrative Support

Manage office correspondence, filing, and documentation.

Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining company calendars.

Support internal reporting and record-keeping processes.

Marketing Support (if available)

Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in office administration, client support, or similar roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently with minimal supervision.

A bookkeeping or financial administration background is highly regarded but not essential.

High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
