The Role
As an ICT Customer Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and internal teams, providing technical support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll handle a wide range of ICT responsibilities, from troubleshooting technical issues to managing service logs and supporting technicians across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across Windows, Mac, Android, and networking devices.
Manage customer accounts, process orders, and support the procurement process of spare parts for product maintenance and repair.
Assist technicians across ANZ with technical queries during repair services.
Set up new PCs, user accounts, and software based on requirements.
Support staff with PC and printer troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
Use ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track and resolve customer cases while documenting interactions and resolutions.
Prepare monthly reports on service and repair jobs, including cost summaries and parts inventory.
What We’re Looking For
A background in ICT, customer service, or similar technical roles.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple systems and platforms.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in IT
Experience with ticketing systems (Salesforce, Oracle, or similar) is highly regarded.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a distributed team.
At least 2 years of experience providing technical support.
