We’re seeking a dedicated full-time entry-level Student Support Administration Officer to provide valuable support to both trainers and students. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the METS team, helping to coordinate training programs and ensuring smooth, efficient administration across a range of qualifications and courses.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn. You’ll enjoy working in a customer-focused environment, communicating with a wide range of people, and juggling multiple tasks with confidence.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, build strong administration skills, and take your first step into the corporate world or Disability Service provider.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Update and maintain learner data in the SMS (VETtrak)
- Process and manage .enrolments and pre course enrolment requirements
- Respond to learner and staff enquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent customer service
- Preparing transcripts and certificates, and working with Quality Assurance to finalise records
- Updating and maintaining learner information on the LMS, Moodle.
- Foster positive relationships and clients, colleagues and the broader VET community.
Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Confident Microsoft 365 skills | Strong written, verbal and computer skills.
- This is a full-time role based at our Kingsgrove Head Office
- Previous experience with LMS systems (Moodle/VETtrak) and/or administration in an RTO or student support role is highly regarded (but not essential)
