About Us
AISM is a fully accredited cleaning services company, providing professional cleaning and trolley collection solutions to retail and commercial clients. With strong compliance and operational systems in place, we are now seeking a motivated individual to drive sales and business development as we expand our client base.
The Role
This position combines sales and business development — ideal for someone who can identify opportunities, close deals, and build long-term client relationships. The role is performance-driven, with clear expectations to bring in new business within the first 3–6 months. While retail industry experience is highly regarded, it is not essential. What matters most is your ability to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities in retail and commercial sectors
Leverage your network to generate leads and close contracts
Prepare proposals, quotes, and tender submissions
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
About You
Proven sales and/or business development experience (cleaning, facilities, or services preferred)
Strong ability to demonstrate how you can bring in business quickly
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded
Retail industry experience is an advantage
Package & Incentives
Base Salary: $80,000 p.a. + Super (formally reviewed after 6 months, with further reviews based on performance and business growth)
Commission: 3–5% on new contracts (details discussed at interview)
Commission is payable after the contract commences and the client’s first invoice is received, then split into three instalments and paid with salary
OTE: $90,000 – $100,000+ p.a. depending on performance (OTE may increase after salary reviews)
