Are you passionate about data, process improvement, and driving operational efficiency? We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Contract Logistics team and help us find cost-effective, timely, and high quality solutions that improve day to day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete billing requirements for multiple distribution centres and new customers
Establish and monitor KPI data measurements, analyse P&L reports, and identify opportunities for business improvements
Create and distribute daily dashboards and monthly reporting for KPIs, inventory accuracy, and productivity
Analyse inbound volumes and receiving patterns, monitor compliance, and perform random audits
Liaise with operations managers on billing and operational tasks
Assist in annual budgeting processes and produce internal/external reports as needed
Respond to daily operational enquiries and support continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Advanced customer service focus with excellent attention to detail
Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of process improvement and internal auditing practices
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience in logistics or supply chain (3PL preferred)
Sound knowledge of finance/P&L management and logistics systems
Experience in a warehouse environment
Understanding of relevant industry legislation
