We are looking for a Data Collection Analyst to join our client in Revesby to support key quality and product evaluation processes within a food manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform physical assessments of food products including Bostwick viscosity and temperature readings (full training provided)

Participate in daily food tasting panels, providing clear written feedback on appearance and flavour profiles

Take clear, high-quality photos of product samples using our in-house photo box setup

Accurately match product colours to Pantone swatches and upload data into internal systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalise and sign off on data collected

Support sample preparation and basic data entry tasks in line with production schedules

What We’re Looking For:

Ability to work full-time hours, with some flexibility for shift changes to match production demands

Physically able to carry up to 5kg

No food allergies, as food tasting is part of the role

Basic computer skills (particularly Excel)

Strong written and spoken English

A keen eye for detail and willingness to learn new skills, including food tasting and visual assessment

Ideally suited for a recent graduate in Food Technology, Quality Assurance, or Manufacturing, but open to all backgrounds with the right attitude
