The Company

Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable & Claims Analyst to join their team in the Eastern Suburbs. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent. We are looking for candidates who are available to start immediately.

The Role

· Prepare and submit progress and variation claims in line with contract terms.

· Generate and issue commercial invoices.

· Monitor receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and escalate issues as needed.

· Work closely with project and contract teams

· Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.

· Assist with month-end reporting and cash flow forecasting related to claims.

To be considered for the position

· Experience with invoicing and claims in a construction or FMCG business

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Experience with Netsuite is a huge bonus - not a must have - will consider other large ERPs
