Job Title: Business Analyst - Sales Strategy & Operations

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll be involved in reporting, analytics and operational projects, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Be Doing

Analysing data and preparing insights using tools such as GSheets, Tableau and CRM systems.

Supporting go-to-market strategies - including market segmentation, headcount planning, territory design and quota setting.

Tracking KPIs, reporting on performance, and pulling together exec-ready insights.

Running ad-hoc analysis for stakeholders and sales leaders.

Getting involved in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Assisting business partners in day-to-day decision-making.

What We're Looking For

Recent graduate or early-career professional in commerce, business administration, economics, finance or a related field.

Ideally 2-3 years' experience in consulting, business operations, or a similar environment (but we're open to strong grads with internships or work experience).

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; exposure to Tableau, GSheets and CRM platforms is a plus.

Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn.

Confident communicator with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
