Mint Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist who is confident front-of-house and able to assist chairside when needed. This is a primarily reception-based role, with the flexibility to support the clinical team during busy times or staff shortages.

Primary focus on reception and patient care

Step into dental assisting duties when required

Full-time positions available

Based mainly at our Armadale clinic

Work within structured systems and protocols (training provided)

Your Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will ideally have:

Previous experience in dental reception/administration

Knowledge of Exact dental software (preferred, but training provided)

Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills

Professional presentation and patient-focused approach

Ability to work well both in a team and independently

Chairside assisting experience and strong knowledge of infection control standards (so you can step in when required)
