About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for a Dental Receptionist who’s equal parts people-person and office rockstar. You’ll be one of the first friendly faces our patients see—and the calm voice on the phone when they call. If you can juggle appointments, paperwork, and the occasional bad dental pun, you’ll fit right in!

What You’ll Do:

Greet every patient like a VIP 😎

Schedule appointments (and maybe reschedule... life happens!) 📅

Answer phones and keep things running smoothly 📞

Handle paperwork, payments, and patient info like a pro 🗂️

Keep our front desk looking sharp and running like a well-oiled machine 💼
