Estimator – Residential Volume Builder

💰 $100k–$130k + Super (based on experience)

With a strong reputation in the market, a supportive culture, and a prime Broadbeach location, this is the ideal role for an experienced Estimator looking for stability, variety, and the lifestyle perks of working right by the beach.
The Role Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you’ll work across a variety of residential projects, including single storey, split-level, and double storey homes.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting construction plans and specifications
• Completing estimates from start to finish for residential builds
• Liaising with trades, local councils, and consultants to secure accurate pricing
• Preparing contract variation pricing when required
• Collating information for the construction team
• Assisting with purchase order preparation and processing
• Preparing preliminary pricing and accurate budgets for standard projects
• Providing general admin support to the Construction Manager and completing regular reports

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience with a residential volume home builder (highly regarded)

Databuild experience (essential)
Bluebeam experience (advantageous)
Strong knowledge of construction processes, plans, materials, and industry practices
Trade background in volume builds (advantageous)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDF
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work autonomously and in a team
