As Estimating Manager, you’ll lead a team of Estimators to deliver accurate scopes, pricing, and quality reports across diverse projects. You’ll drive tender success, foster continuous improvement, and collaborate with the wider community to deliver construction solutions that make a real impact.

Duties

• Lead and mentor a team of Building Estimators
• Deliver detailed scopes, accurate pricing & quality reports
• Ensure tenders achieve target win ratios & KPIs
• Oversee peer reviews, quality audits & team learning
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety & tender standards
• Collaborate with Construction Team to deliver value
• Provide reporting on key departmental metrics

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership, mentoring & team management skills
• Proven track record in estimating, pricing & tendering
• Excellent communication & client relationship skills
