THE COMPANY

Our client are a family owned and operated building company that services South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
They are Open Licenced builders that have dedicated teams that specialise in insurance building repair, strata community repair, bespoke new home buildings and renovations.

THE ROLE

• Assess various types of damage with a keen eye for detail.
• Prepare detailed scope of work to conduct the repairs.
• Prepare detailed cause of damage investigative reports.
• Estimate the cost of repairs.

• Sound administration and computer skills (MUST be computer literate as reporting is done on tablets/laptops)

Essential criteria:

• Trade qualified in carpentry or estimating experience preferred.
• Experience in Insurance repairs preffered however we will consider a residential production estimator.
• Construction Industry Safety Certificate (White Card)
• Police Clearance
• High degree of Computer Literacy required
• Full driver’s License.
• Good client relationship skills.
