The role

Attend sites to assess damage, scope repairs, and provide accurate cost estimates

Maintain exceptional customer service through clear communication with all stakeholders

Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company KPIs

Accurately use industry software (Prime experience highly regarded)

About you

Minimum 2 years' experience as an Estimator with an insurance builder

Trade background (carpentry preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Previous Prime software experience (preferred but not essential)
