Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 Base Salary, Plus Superannuation

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare and deliver accurate estimates for a wide range of steel fabrication projects.
• Work closely with Project Managers to align pricing, feasibility, and project delivery.
• Develop competitive proposals and maintain compliance through cost analysis, documentation, and industry-standard processes.

• Proven track record in steel fabrication estimating, with case studies of successful projects won!
• Sharp commercial acumen, able to uncover efficiencies in pricing and delivery while keeping bids competitive.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, bringing a positive, team-focused approach that supports project success.
