The Role
We are looking for a Junior Construction Estimator / Project Administrator to join our team. This role provides practical experience in estimating, tender preparation, and project administration. You will also support our site teams, gaining exposure to all aspects of commercial construction and developing your skills for future career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to request estimates, negotiate pricing, and engage them for works.

Analyse plans and specifications to prepare accurate and competitive estimates in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the estimating team to finalise tender documentation for submission.

Work closely with site teams to compile documentation into site-ready job packs.

Assist with the development of WHS and QA documentation, including SWMS, Risk Assessments, ITPs, etc.

Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain accurate project records, spreadsheets, and reports.

About You

Able to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Organised and focused, even when faced with tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail with good literacy and numeracy skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 1 year experience in construction estimating or project administration preferred.

Experience with Buildpass and estimating software is a plus.

Current Driver’s Licence.
