Knox and Co is looking for a capable and motivated Site Supervisor to lead our team on standout commercial and residential construction projects, including the renovation and extension of iconic local pubs. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is organised, experienced and passionate about building quality work and strong teams.

Proven experience supervising construction projects

Strong carpentry background and attention to detail

Ability to manage teams

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret building plans

Well-presented, reliable, and proactive

Capable of mentoring team members, providing guidance, support, and helping less experienced workers develop their skills

Committed to fostering a positive and productive site environment

Requirements:

Formal carpentry qualification

Current NSW Driver’s Licence

Construction Industry Safety Certificate (White Card)

Experience across diverse range of construction projects
