About the role

The site supervisor works as a member of the installation technician team and will act as a mentor, trainer and leader of our onsite installation technician teams. They will also act as a quality inspector and cover the duties of the Project Manager during their absence.

As a member of the installation team, the successful candidate will also be involved in completing onsite installation works alongside the technician teams as part of their regular duties.

Experience in the height safety industry is essential, with team management experience considered an advantage. The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the professional development of our existing teams.

This role is being offered on a full-time basis.
