About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Site Supervisor with strong electrical or AV experience to oversee the successful delivery of our high-end residential and commercial projects.

In this role, you’ll be the key link between our technical team, project managers, and clients, ensuring that every site runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard.

This is an incredible opportunity to lead cutting-edge automation and AV installations, mentor junior staff, and work with a team that’s passionate about innovation.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and coordinate site activities across multiple projects

· Supervise electrical and AV installation teams, apprentices, and subcontractors

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification

· Liaise with clients, builders, and internal project managers

· Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance on-site

· Problem-solve technical challenges and provide leadership on installations

· Ensure quality assurance checks and documentation are completed accurately

About You

We’re after a confident, detail-oriented leader with a strong background in electrical, AV, or home automation projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Team Leader in electrical or AV installations

· Trade-qualified electrician (NSW Electrical Licence preferred)

· Strong knowledge of home automation systems, programming skill is beneficial

· Exceptional communication and leadership skills

· Ability to interpret and manage complex project plans and timelines

· Current Driver’s Licence and White Card

· Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

· Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
