We’re a growing specialist contractor delivering epoxy, resin and industrial flooring solutions across Sydney — and we’re looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to guide our crews and ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.

About the Role

Supervise and coordinate flooring crews on epoxy, polyurethane, and resin projects

Plan daily tasks, manage materials, and set up sites for smooth delivery

Read and interpret job specs with accuracy

Uphold strong safety and quality standards

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors

Lead by example — supporting the team both on and off the tools

About You

Proven experience in epoxy, resin, or industrial flooring

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct crews

Solid knowledge of surface prep and coating techniques

White Card and current driver’s licence (essential)

Additional tickets (Forklift/EWP) highly regarded

Reliable, professional, and committed to quality work
