The Opportunity
HBG currently has multiple contract opportunities across Sydney in the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sector. Contracts range from 3 to 36 months, with project values from $1M to $10M. Roles may involve single or multiple sites, providing exposure to large-scale projects, team leadership, and experience with multiple builders—all highly valuable for career progression.

Immediate start roles are available. Weekly pay is provided every Thursday, and overtime options exist for those who want extra hours. Certain positions also offer temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates.
Your Responsibilities

As a Site Manager or Site Supervisor, you will:

• Take full ownership of daily site operations on single or multiple projects.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain high-quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Estimators, and the wider team to deliver projects seamlessly.
• Lead, motivate, and communicate clearly with your on-site teams.
• Keep clients and stakeholders informed at every stage of the project.

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience managing or supervising commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects in a Local Project
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to manage multiple trades and stakeholders.
• Experience with Project Management tools such as Procore, Aconex, or PlanGrid is highly desirable.
• Relevant trade qualifications, construction management experience, or certifications.
• Reliable transport to attend sites.
• Ambition, adaptability, and a drive to gain exposure across a variety of projects and builders.
