We’re a small, family-run business in the construction industry looking for a reliable and down-to-earth person to help with admin and clerical tasks. This isn’t a corporate, high-pressure office — we keep things real, relaxed, and respectful (with banter, and good humour thrown in). No suits or stiff collars here.
About the Role:
General admin and clerical support (filing, data entry, phone calls, etc.)
Assisting with everyday office tasks to keep things running smoothly
Light customer service & scheduling support
Ordering stock, receiving deliveries
Flexible hours 16 - 20 hours a week
Who We’re Looking For:
Someone with experience in admin or clerical work
Knowledge of Microsoft and Simpro program is a must
Comfortable working in a non-corporate, casual setting
Doesn’t mind a bit of colourful language or an honest, no-nonsense environment
Friendly, dependable, and easy to get along with
