We’re on the hunt for a driven, proactive and people-focused Field Officer to join our powerhouse NSW crew, based in Newcastle and servicing the broader Hunter region.

This hybrid role is all about creating traction. You’ll be on the ground building relationships, engaging with employers, promoting our brand and opening doors to new business opportunities, all while helping everyday people access life-changing training solutions.

We’re growing fast and need someone who can:

Build brand awareness and expand our footprint across the Hunter and beyond

Promote our priority trade qualifications (Electrical, Carpentry, Engineering, Civil, Automotive)

Connect with new employers and convert conversations into enrolments

Maintain existing relationships while actively seeking out new ones

Manage multiple priorities, juggle deadlines and plan your own day effectively

Be transparent, accountable and a strong team player
