SmartCare is opening a brand new private urgent care facility at the Mater Health Hub, co located with SmartCare Diagnostics head office. Owned and operated by a group of Emergency Specialists, our model is built on clinical excellence, innovation, and culture first. With on site CT, X ray and pathology, together with a strong diagnostics service, we are setting a new standard for urgent care in Queensland.

We are looking for a Practice Manager to lead our flagship site, reporting directly to the CEO and working side by side with a passionate leadership team.

What You Will Do

Oversee the daily operations of SmartCare, ensuring smooth patient flow and excellent care.

Manage and mentor a diverse team, building a strong and supportive culture.

Manage compliance, accreditation, and financial performance of the practice.

Drive business development opportunities, including referral pathways and WorkCover initiatives.

Partner directly with the CEO to deliver SmartCare’s vision and growth.

What We Are Looking For

Experienced Practice Manager (urgent care, general practice, or hospital setting).

A confident leader who thrives in a fast paced, team based environment.

Strong organisational, financial, and business development skills.

Skilled with practice management systems (HealthTrack, BP, Medical Director, MedTech) and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of Medicare billing, WorkCover processes, and healthcare compliance requirements.
