About the opportunity

This role provides on-site and remote IT support to all the stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand. It will suit a highly motivated self-starter with experience in application/ERP system support and advanced Excel skills. We are a small IT team working in a fast-paced environment so the successful applicant will need to be reliable and a quick learner with a “can do” approach.

The role also involves liaising with our Finance team to gather requirements for building business reports, so basic accounting knowledge would be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide IT support to all the stakeholders

Manage helpdesk tickets in a timely manner

Provide ERP system support, setup, upgrade and maintenance

Create and schedule business reports

Assist the team with IT projects

Purchase IT equipment as required

Hardware set up and configuration (e.g. laptop, desktop and iPad)

User account administration including Active Directory & Office365

System training

Create and maintain documentation of IT systems and processes

Our ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent

3+ years’ experience in a similar role

Experience working with ERP support and processes (ERP system training will be provided)

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Experience in working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver under pressure

Excellent communication and analytical skills

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

Highly regarded:

Basic accounting knowledge

Exposure to SQL Server administration

Experience working with scripting languages

Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI

Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools

Experience with Baseplan
