From proof of concept to product a leader in imaging processing technologies for products and systems to a global electronic consumer market is undertaking new Oracle COE transitions.

A new position awaits a detailed oriented Applications Support Analyst with Oracle application experience. A hybrid role mixing remote (2 days) and office (3 days).

Parking available and close to all transport for ease of work on-site.

Your role:

Working in a small talented team with a national focus, you'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, user support & systems enhancements to deliver efficient application performance.

Supporting Oracle E-Business suite & related applications, alongside:

Warehouse supply chain, order management & finance.

Troubleshooting application issues, liaising with IT teams as needed.

Documenting support procedures & maintaining training manuals.

Log, track & manage service requests.

Utilise Oracle development tools such as TOAD & SQL for support tasks.

Hours of work are 7 or 8am to 3:30 or 4:30pm Mon-Fri due to support the warehouse operations.

About you:

A tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for supporting business critical applications, alongside:

3-5 years + experience in Oracle R12 application support, ideally with a large organisation.

Oracle ERP (E-Business Suite) Applications knowledge.

Strong analytical & problem solving skills.

Clear verbal and written communication.

Prior experience working with SQL & PL/SQL.

Exposure to finance, supply chain & order management of interest.
