CS Mana Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to join our Family Office team on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations for our group of companies. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility of a contract arrangement.

What you'll be doing

Drive strategic financial planning to support growth, service innovation, and operational scalability.

Assist with the delivery of accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

Implement and oversee effective financial controls and procedures

Provide strategic financial advice and support to the executive team

Mentor a team of finance professionals

What we're looking for

7+ years of post-qualification experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager with M&A experience

Proven track record of successfully managing the full financial function in a multi-entity, high-growth manufacturing environment

Strong technical accounting skills and a deep understanding of financial reporting standards

Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a finance team

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in the use of financial software, systems and BI reporting tools
