Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Solar Battery Group

Location: Box Hill Head Office

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations, including cashflow management, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring financial health and efficiency across the organization. (FPNA experience essential including Board Pack Presentations).

Lead the management of international FX exposure, developing strategies to balance risk and reward, protect against volatility, and optimise financial outcomes

Develop and drive financial strategies that underpin growth, margin expansion, and long-term value creation

Guide strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis across the business.

Oversee tax, compliance, audit, risk and treasury

Develop and implement robust financial strategies to drive growth in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.

Collaborate with senior management to assess financial performance and identify areas of improvement, ensuring financial risks are well-managed.

Ideal Candidate:

CPA or CA with proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within SME. An ability to manage a fast-paced environment, having an MBA (Finance/Strategy) would be highly regarded

Strong background in cashflow management, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Significant experience in procurement and managing overseas transactions.

A deep passion for and understanding of the renewable energy sector, with experience working in the industry being essential.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
