This next stage, and what is driving the need for a CFO, is the acquisition of the largest projects the company has ever delivered.

As CFO, you’ll partner with delivery units to refine financial insights, strengthen risk profiles, and ensure profit surety. You’ll also support People and Culture to embed financial discipline into programs that keep people at the heart of the business.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll take responsibility for financial control, reporting, tax, treasury, audit, compliance, and commercials. You will lead capital strategy, risk frameworks, forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, and asset management. You’ll engage with managers, external partners, and guide a capable finance support team.

But it's not just head-down driving growth. The team gets together quarterly for social activities that include go-karting, barefoot lawn bowls, and the odd pub lunch. The leaders have a modern approach to work-life balance, and the vibe in the office is that of a group of friends, in it together, kicking goals.

This role suits a proven CFO in civil or commercial construction with the drive to align financial strategy with growth. This is a must.
