About the Position:
As a growing Allied Health and Audiology provider, we are looking for a Senior Medical Receptionist with a wealth of knowledge and experience, to deliver exceptional customer service to clients while providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Audiology Team and across the Group as needed.
• First point of contact for customers and clients entering our clinics;
• Assist clients in managing their appointments;
• Manage invoicing for services provided by Can:Do Group;
• Support Audiology with Hearing Aid Care, services and repairs;
• Support continuous improvement by modelling best practice;
• Assist in on-boarding of new Medical Reception staff.
Our ideal candidate has:
• Outstanding communication skills; face-to-face, on the telephone and in writing;
• High level of attention to detail;
• Possess experience using administrative systems, practices and procedures, including CRM (Client Record Management systems);
• Hold or be prepared to undertake an NDIS Worker screen clearance and DHS Working with Children clearance;
• Knowledge and experience in managing, supporting and training staff.
