Experienced Dental Assistant Full Time

As a result of continued growth and expansion, Complete Smiles Vermont South is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our professional team on a full-time basis.

Our clinic is a family-oriented practice committed to delivering outstanding patient care. We are seeking a dedicated individual who shares our passion for providing high-quality service to our valued long-term patients. You will be joining a warm, collaborative, and supportive team environment.

Our clinic offers a comprehensive range of dental services, supported by state-of-the-art technology, including CEREC and milling machines, Trios scanners, CBCT/OPG imaging, rotary endodontics, intraoral cameras, and ceiling- and front-facing TVs to enhance patient communication and comfort. We also provide on-site general anesthesia.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including chairside assisting, instrument sterilization, stock management, and occasional front desk administration duties.

We are looking for a candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive, can-do approach. The ideal applicant will be reliable, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently is essential.

Our clinic is conveniently located near public transport and offers on-site parking for staff. A uniform is provided, and we pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and collaborative team culture.
