Database System Support Officer

About the opportunity:

In this role you will provide a friendly and professional manner to all database and associated IT enquiries by staff with efficiency and effectiveness. The objective of this role is to support the Systems Manager with providing innovative and time saving solutions for the organisation abiding by all department and funding requirements. You will need to be an excellent communicator, promote company goals and standards, fulfil safety practices, and work within a team environment. This role will be based in Macksville.

What we are looking for:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

Computer skills in Database systems and MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to work cooperatively with the key stakeholders and team members

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good interpersonal skills

Ensure data integrity, hygiene and accuracy through regular updates, cleaning, validation, and deduplication processes.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines through time management skills

Excellent customer service skills
