About the Role

As a Service Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients accessing counselling and support services. You’ll provide high-quality customer service both in person and over the phone, while supporting clinical teams with a range of administrative and operational tasks.

This is a frontline role that plays a vital part in ensuring smooth service delivery and a welcoming experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and stakeholders via reception, phone, email, and SMS

Manage appointments and client records using internal systems

Support regional events, workshops, and group programs

Assist with data entry, correspondence, and workflow tasks

Liaise with internal teams and external providers to support service delivery

Provide administrative support across multiple service streams

About You

You’re a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service. You thrive in a team environment, are highly organised, and enjoy supporting others to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Experience in administrative support, customer service, or health-related environments will be highly regarded.
