The Role:

This is not your run-of-the-mill PM job. You’ll manage a small, tidy portfolio with all the tools and support you need. No late nights, no impossible workloads — just quality Property Management in a team that values relationships, not volume.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Build strong relationships with landlords & tenants
• Handle inspections, arrears, repairs & maintenance
• Keep things running smoothly with your organisational flair
• Deliver great service without burning out

Who You Are:

• 2+ years in Property Management (you know the ropes)
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Polished communicator with great time management
• Professional, reliable, and ready for a team that treats you like one of their own
