Our client, a well-established Australian-owned furniture design and manufacturing business, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing P&C team. In this role you will have the scope to influence, own and drive meaningful outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role sits within a high-performing and collaborative People team, playing a key role in delivering day-to-day operations and supporting the rollout of the broader people strategy.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same. You’ll work across a diverse workforce, spanning white- and blue-collar teams across supply chain, design, manufacturing, retail, customer service and IT.

You’ll be given the autonomy to lead initiatives, coach leaders and build partnerships across the business with genuine support from a close-knit HR function that values curiosity, collaboration and getting things done.

What You’ll Be Doing

Partnering with the CPO to support and deliver key people initiatives

Providing trusted advice across performance, engagement, capability, ER, reward and recognition

Coaching leaders across a wide variety of teams, locally and internationally

Supporting and improving people systems, onboarding and compliance processes

Supporting global alignment and workforce expansion across the US, UK and Canada

Owning generalist HR projects from idea to implementation

What We’re Looking For

Strong HR generalist experience, ideally across both corporate and operational environments

Background in fast-paced, dynamic businesses (e.g. retail, supply chain, founder-led)

Confident advising and coaching managers across a range of functions

Proactive, solutions-focused and highly organised

Comfortable with ambiguity and thinking on your feet
