Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate must be based in Australia and would have a thorough knowledge of the AEC industry. He/she will perform a Techno-Commercial role to sell and promote the company's service offerings, which are Design Documentation, BIM, and Visualisation. You will lead initiatives to generate and engage with prospective clients who are Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, Contractors & Developers to build new business for the company in the ANZ region. The company is based in India and has been successfully offering outsourcing services for more than 20 years.

Responsibilities

Identify outsourcing partnership opportunities to undertake Revit, CAD, BIM, Archicad & 3D Viz/AR/VR assignments

Develop new relationships and make efforts to grow business

Establish the company as a preferred partner to work with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

10+ years of Sales/Relationship role in the AEC industry

Solid relationships with clients and successful track record of proven sales

Prior sales experience directly with a DSA/Reseller of Autodesk, Nemetschek or similar companies

Prior experience with Architecture/Interior product/services company preferred

Should be an Australian permanent resident

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven knowledge and execution of successful sales development strategies

Independent, focused, and goal-oriented

A go-getter and a numbers-driven personality
