What you will be doing

You’ll play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and performance of the organisation, partnering with senior leaders to drive commercial outcomes and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing strategic financial guidance to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between financial objectives and broader business strategy
• Leading continuous improvement across financial systems, processes, and reporting to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making
• Preparing insightful performance reports and financial models that support accountability, business cases, and strategic planning
• Championing the use of financial tools and systems to improve data accuracy, reporting speed, and user experience across the organisation
• Acting as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, supporting transformation initiatives and fostering collaboration between Finance, Operations, and Corporate Services
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of budgets, forecasts, month-end and year-end reporting, while maintaining high standards of financial stewardship
• Translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that build financial literacy and empower decision-making across the business
