Karlka Recruiting Group is looking to engage a Recruitment Administrator . This position is located in our busy Shailer Park office for a full time position.
About the Position
The Recruitment Administrator will provide various levels of support to the Recruitment Consultants and to the on-hire contractors that are employed under the team. The duties of this position will vary on a daily basis, depending on the team’s workload, recruitment activity, and current payroll enquiries. The Recruitment Administrator will become proficient and familiar with our recruitment system, JobAdder, and will be required to create Jobs, import resumes, update candidate status’, issue contracts and send bulk emails.
Aside from the recruitment support to be provided, the Recruitment Administrator will also operate the reception phone line and manage all incoming calls, on top of this, the individual will be responsible for formatting position descriptions and resumes, general office cleanliness and shared inbox email management.
Duties
- Adding candidates manually into JobAdder from the recruitment inbox
- Preparing candidate submissions (e.g. formatting resumes and completing front cover page)
- Organising interviews as required
- Sending interview reminders
- Conducting reference checks as required
- JobAdder management/ Keeping JobAdder up to date at all times (Updating candidate statuses, closing jobs, placing candidates, updating end dates of extended contractors)
- First point of contact for all incoming Karlka Recruiting Group calls
- Assisting managers with large recruitment projects
- Assisting managers with marketing efforts through content creation, social media management, campaign coordination, event support, and brand promotion across digital and traditional channels.
- Management of shared recruitment inbox
- General maintenance of office (unstacking dishwasher, taking out bins, ordering office supplies)
Requirements/Skills
- Certificate 3 in Business or similar (desired)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent Word and Excel skills
