The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to join our team. This role will play a key part in collating, pre-screening, and supporting the onboarding of new team members across our franchise network.
You will be the first point of contact for potential candidates and will work closely with franchise owners and head office to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment and onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes in partnership with the Australian leader, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and pre-recruitment checks of interested parties.
Leaise with the in-house marketing team around the lead quantity, quality and insights gathered throughout the recruitment processes.
Support new franchise owners with recruitment administration and candidate communications
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding franchise agreement documentation
Facilitate induction processes to ensure a seamless start for new partnering builders.
Provide general HR and administrative support to the People & Culture team
About You
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across a franchise network, a real team player.
You will bring:
Experience in recruitment administration, or a similar role desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
