About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Recruiter to join the Maroochydore based IFYS People & Culture team in a newly developed position.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Recruiter will manage a portfolio of community services based programs, delivering the end-to-end recruitment process.
Our ideal candidate will possess experience in a Recruiter role and will have strengths in advertisement writing and a high level of attention to detail.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this is a fast-paced role with responsibility for:
- Delivering an end-to-end recruitment process for your allocated portfolio
- Developing tailored recruitment campaigns with a view to attract quality candidates who match key selection criteria and role requirements
- Facilitating interviews as an interview panel member and assessing candidates suitability for the advertised role/ IFYS
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with hiring managers to proactively identify future hiring needs and develop strategies to meet these needs
- Providing high level candidate care and representing IFYS in a positive manner at all times
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous recruiter experience
- The proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to effectively build and maintain key business relationships
Must hold or be willing to obtain if successful:
- Valid Queensland driver's license, and own reliable transport
- QLD Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)
- Licensed Care Suitability Check (LCS2)
- National Criminal History Check (a new check will be conducted through IFYS systems)
- Ability to provide two references from recent employers (including your current line manager)
