The Callaghan Hospitality Group is seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Venue Manager at the Echuca Hotel.

We consider the Venue Manager to be the core of our establishment, serving as the foundation of a strong team and playing an important role in the local community. Our Venue Managers strive to provide exceptional guest experiences by setting an example, nurturing team development, and setting high standards for service.

As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for a complex and high-value business, with opportunities and support provided to help you adapt the venue to meet evolving market needs.

To be successful in this role, you must possess exceptional leadership skills, financial acumen, and business expertise, along with operational experience to effectively meet the venue's operational objectives and vision. In addition, strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Appropriate industry licenses and accreditations, including RSA, RSG, RCG, and wagering accreditation, as well as a driver's license, will be required.

Flexible availability is also necessary.
