The Role:

As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring excellence in customer service, financial performance, and team leadership. You will bring proven expertise and a track record of growing and enhancing venues, with the ability to deliver results in a short timeframe while setting up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and develop the venue team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Drive revenue growth and profitability by implementing innovative strategies and initiatives.

Ensure smooth daily operations across all departments (bar, floor, events, etc.).

Maintain compliance with licensing, health & safety, and all regulatory requirements.

Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase patronage.

Analyse financial reports and implement action plans to achieve business targets.

About You:

Proven track record in venue, hospitality, or operations management at a senior level.

Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-focused.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a high-performing team.

Commercially minded with experience in driving growth and profitability.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work autonomously within a short-term contract environment while laying the foundation for future success.
