An Australian owned International Freight Forwarder / Logistics Company is seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Manager to run the temperature-controlled facility in Brisbane, QLD.

· Employment start December 2025!

Overall Scope and Purpose of Position:

Reporting to the CEO and COO you will ensure the high standard and efficient operations of the 3PL food grade temperature-controlled warehouse facility.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Overall Management of 3000 sqm / 2000 pallet space Customs Bonded facility including:

· Arrange container unpacks and empty returns

· Ensure goods are stored at the right chilled / frozen / ambient temperature

· Order fulfilment, Receiving & Dispatch activities within SLA

· Manage a team of 4-5 storemen

· Monitor due dates & lead times

· Maximise delivery by meeting customer deadlines

· Prioritise orders for release in line with delivery due dates

· Inventory Management

· Assist with Key Process Definition and Documentation

· Process improvement recommendations and implementation

· Ensure WH&S policies are met

· Any other relevant tasks as assigned by management

ABOUT YOU:

· 3+ yrs experience managing a 3PL facility

· Experience running a temperature-controlled facility

· Staff management experience

· LF Forklift license

· WMS experience (preferably Cargowise1)
