THE ROLE:
As a key member of the sales team, you will play a vital role in expanding our presence across QLD by managing and growing a strong portfolio of retailers, trade clients, and residential plumbing contractors.
You will:
- Manage and grow existing accounts while actively sourcing new business in the bathroom and plumbing retail/trade sectors
- Build strong relationships with retailers, showrooms, builders, and plumbing contractors
- Provide expert knowledge on product ranges including tapware, vanities, basins, toilets, and accessories
- Deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while ensuring high service standards
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, customer service, logistics) to deliver end-to-end client satisfaction
ABOUT YOU:
We’re looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in bathroom products, plumbing supplies, or related building materials. Ideally, you will have experience working with both retail and trade clients across QLD.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in bathroomware, plumbing, or related construction products
- A strong network of contacts within the plumbing and builder merchant space
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and drive long-term account growth
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivation, integrity, and a professional approach to sales and service
