We are seeking a highly motivated, self starting and passionate Business Development Manager to join our team. Our Business Development Manager's are responsible for fostering new client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and leveraging industry networks to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans

Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders

The role requirements:

Prior Sales experience;

Strong negotiation skills;

Excellent verbal communication skills;

Confidence dealing with business owners/managers;

Hunger for individual success;

Ability to work to team goals;

Good Outlook, CRM and computer skills;

Passion to find the right product for the right customer;

Commitment to maintaining customer relationships;
