🕒 Full-time (Tuesday-Saturday)

We are a well-established, high-volume tattoo studio located at the busy tourism hotspot, Hillary's Boat Harbour looking for a motivated and organised Studio Manager to join our team. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

Overseeing the smooth daily operations of the studio

Managing artist schedules, appointments, and client bookings

Greeting clients, handling enquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

Supporting the team of artists with admin, stock control, and hygiene standards

Handling payments, cash-ups, and basic reporting

Driving efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction

Providing a strong Social Media presence for the Studio

What we’re looking for:

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and people skills

Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail management

Ability to multitask and keep calm under pressure

Reliable, professional, and proactive attitude

Strong social media presence with knowledge of advertising and marketing
