About the Role:
As the Sales Manager at Humpy Co, you will play a pivotal role in servicing our customers in VIC.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team environment and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Base salary (commensurate with experience) + super + commission
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions
Managing high volume leads, following up leads and achieving high sales targets
Presenting, promoting, and selling the Humpy Co. range to existing and prospective customers, utilising solid arguments and effective communication techniques.
Conducting cost-benefit and needs analyses for customers to tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
Proactively reaching out to customer leads through various channels to generate sales opportunities.
Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints, ensuring maximum satisfaction and retention.
Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within designated timeframes, demonstrating strong sales performance.
Coordinating sales efforts with our current Sales Co-ordinator and collaborating with other departments to optimize customer experiences and outcomes.
Providing management with regular reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
Requirements:
Residential sales experience is essential.
Confident communicator with a passion for meeting people face-to-face.
Self-motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Results-oriented with a customer-centric approach to sales.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to undergo relevant training and development to build product knowledge.
Flexible approach to work hours with occasional after hours or Saturday appointments
Experience with Active Campaign would be beneficial but is not essential
